Held numerous high level positions within the Fairchild
Corporation, including Group Director-New Business Development for
Fairchild's $350 million Fastener Division and Vice President of Sales
for Fairchild's Camloc Products North American Group. He has over 25
years of technical sales and marketing experience and holds a MBA
degree and recently received his CPMR (Certified Professional
Manufacturers Representative. He maintains a business suite in Chapel
Hill, North Carolina. He covers North Carolina and Virginia.

Allen Schweriner,
Vice President |
Allen has over 17 years of sales and marketing management
experience relative to the Atlanta and Southeast markets. As the former
GM of Thomas Hardware-Atlanta, a well known Southeast electronics and
industrial mechanism and component distributor, sales more than doubled
in 2 years. Prior to that, Allen was VP-Sales for Engineered Components
Inc, a $10 million company specializing in proprietary fasteners and
bearings. Allen recently received his CPMR accreditation. Allen covers
Georgia and South Carolina.

Warren Nelson, Technical Sales
Specialist

Warren has over 25 years of sales and management
experience. He comes to us from Aearo Technology
where he was East Coast regional sales
manger for the past 5 years. Warren also held senior sales management
positions at Allied Signal / Honeywell in the materials group. He has a
background in engineering and electronics and is a certified Six Sigma
green belt. Warren covers Florida where he has worked and resided for
the past 25 years.

Vic Merryman, Marketing and
New Business Development

Vic
has over 20 years in design / application engineering and owned a very
successful manufactures rep firm in Minnesota. Most recently was a
sales consultant to manufacturing and marketing firms. Vic?s current
duties include: Inside sales support, account prospecting / new
business development, internal marketing support materials, in house
MIS support and related sales research.

Chris Woods, Customer Care and
New Business Development
|
Chris has over 18 years
experience in the sales of mechanical hardware. She has worked in
export sales with Altenloh, Brinck & Co., a state-of-the art screw
manufacturer. Chris worked with outside sales to develop a successful
South American representation network. She then moved to technical
sales with DIRAK, Inc., a global manufacturer of hinges, latches and
profiles for 11 years. After moving to NC with her husband and
children, she joined our team. Her current duties are the support of
our sales staff in customer care as well as new business development.

Mary Anne Handy, Bookkeeper
|
Mary Anne was Customer
Service Manager for Rexnord, a
specialty fastener manufacturer, for 5 years, and Credit Manager at
Reichold Chemical for the last 7 years. Mary Anne focuses primarily
on metal stampings at OEMs with 100 employees and less. She also does
preliminary sales investigation as to the potential in the medical
market.
